1. Booking
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the moving location, date, time, and the items to be moved. Any changes should be communicated as early as possible.
2. Pricing
Moving costs are based on factors such as the type of service, volume of items, distance, and any additional services requested. Any extra work requested during the move may result in additional charges.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate moving details.
- Ensuring access to the pickup and delivery locations.
- Securing valuable items such as cash, jewelry, passports, and important documents.
- Informing us about any fragile, oversized, or special-care items before the move.
4. Packing
If packing services are included, our team will professionally pack your belongings. If customers choose to pack their own items, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper packing.
5. Moving Day
Customers or an authorized representative should be available during pickup and delivery to confirm the condition of the items and provide access to the property.
6. Delays
While we aim to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep customers informed whenever possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
We handle all belongings with care. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours after the move for investigation.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Please notify us as early as possible if your moving plans change.
9. Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, or any items prohibited under the laws of the State of Qatar.
10. Privacy
Customer information is used only for providing moving services and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after being published on our website.
